*Warranty- 5 years Structural Warranty/ 18 mo Finish Warranty.

This warranty does not include a free coat of paint prior to expiring.

Glass Warranty- 1 year replacement if defected after install (I.G. Seals) / Any Order That Requires Notch Cuts Is Something That We Don’t Recommend. By Having Notch Cuts, You Are Risking the Cuts to Be Rounded Out More Around the Edges. Which Will Require More Seal Application. Seal Application May or May Not Look a Bit Excessive.

Color Match- By choosing the 2-tone color choice, the unit will be approximately a 90-99% match to the color placard on our website or in our showroom. By choosing the single tone solid sprayed color choice will be an exact match to the color placard.
*SGP90 Glass- All Orders That Include SGP-90 impact glass will increase the turnaround time to an estimated 12 Weeks

*DIGITAL DEADBOLT- A&M Iron Doors does not provide digital deadbolts nor trigger handle deadbolts. These must be purchased by the customer which have to meet compatibility of a backset of 2 ¾” and for a 2” thick door. We Only Provide The Standard Issue Kwick set Single Cyl or Double Cyl.

*INSTALLATION- Adequate installation dates will be provided. If for any reason customer is not ready for install for whatever reason, you could lose your place in the installation order and will be setup for the next available dates that are adequate for the A&M Iron Door installation schedule. Someone must be present at the time of installation to inspect and sign off on the door installation.

New Construction- On all new construction projects, final balance of the door must be paid in full when the door arrives to our Houston warehouse. Installation will not go on our schedule until said payment is made. Door will not be installed and you risk your place meaning you will be rescheduled for a later available date.

Door Damages- After installation, the homeowner or the general contractor must be on site to sign off on the door(s) project. If no one is available to sign the warranty will be void. We will turn in a finished product and the general contractor and or homeowner are responsible to protect door from any damages. If there any damages to door (i.e) accidental drywall spray, exterior paint spray, brick acid wash or any other type of stains, scratches or dents you will be responsible and fees will be billed for repairs and you could possibly loose your warranty depending on damages. If final fees are not paid you will automatically lose your warranty.

PAYMENTS: final balance is due upon installation. A 24-48 hr. grace period is given after installation. If final balance is not paid within this time late fees will be applied.
